Job description

Weather Shield Roofing Systems is excited to announce our recent acquisition of Great Lakes Systems. Our combined teams are dedicated to excellence, and we are looking for a skilled Sheet Metal Foreman to join us in our mission.

We are seeking an experienced and motivated Sheet Metal Foreman to lead our roofing crew. The ideal candidate will be responsible for supervising the fabrication and installation of roofing-related trim, ensuring projects are completed to specification and in compliance with safety standards.

THE ROLE :

  • Fabricate and install all roofing-related trim
  • Install standing seam roofs with precision and care.
  • Fabricate and install soffit and gutter systems.
  • Perform work in accordance with job specifications and safety protocols.

EXPERIENCE :

  • Previous experience supervising a small crew of 3-5 employees.
  • Ability to work in all weather conditions, as this job is year-round.
  • Valid driver's license with a clean driving record.
  • Strong ability to work productively with minimal supervision.
  • Must be comfortable with heights, climbing ladders, and lifting up to 50 lbs.
