Practice Setting : OBGYN Hospital / Call Dates of Coverage : November 27th, November 28th, November 29th, November 30th Call ratio : 1 to 4 Total number of beds : 9 in L&D and 20 postpartum Number of Physicians in practice : 4 Support Staff : OBHG hospitalist, surgical assistants, 3 to 4 nurses each shift Average number of nursery admissions per day : 2 to 3 per day Average call back per 24hr shift : less than 1, you will receive calls from answering service Documentation System / EMR : EPIC Are any specific procedures required : C section, vaginal deliveries, suction D&C, ectopic pregnancies, ovarian torsion, abnormal bleeding Also unreferred patients, the Laborist will take care of those patients.
