Overview Compass Point Village is a Homeward Bound owned property that has been converted into Permanent Support Housing Complex located on Tunnel Rd. The purpose of the Resident Safety Advisor will be to keep the property safe and clear of trespassing during all hours of operation. The Resident Safety Advisor may be trained at other locations to work as PRN.

Schedule and compensation : Part Time / Full Time, non-exempt, hourly compensation. Compensation is $23.15.

Responsibilities

• The RSA monitors cameras when available and walks the property to make sure the property remains a safe environment for clients and staff.
• The RSA completes activity and incident reports at the end of each shift.
• The RSA secures the building during and at the end of each shift.
• The RSA must be comfortable with calling emergency services.
• The ability to be empathetic and to speak comfortably with individuals from all walks of life is an important part of the position.
• The RSA must be comfortable working alone for the duration of the shift.
• A strong working knowledge of computers and software such as Microsoft Office and Box, as well as the ability to operate and monitor surveillance software.
