What You’ll Do :

Teach hands-on and classroom-based sessions in the HVAC / R Technician program

Demonstrate tools, techniques, and procedures aligned with industry standards

Evaluate student progress, provide feedback, and track attendance

Maintain equipment and support a safe, clean training space

Participate in team meetings and collaborate with fellow instructors

What You’ll Need :

At least 3 years of HVAC / R experience

Trade license

Strong communication skills and a desire to mentor others

Dependability, professionalism, and patience

A genuine interest in helping students succeed in the trades
