Position Details :

As a Center Director, your responsibilities will include :
- Administering and supervising behavioral assessments (e.g., VB-MAPP, Vineland) and functional assessments.
- Developing individualized, evidence-based, culturally sensitive goals for home, community, and center-based programs.
- Designing behavior support plans based on functional assessment data.
- Implementing behavior data collection systems to evaluate behavior plans and achieve individualized goals.
- Training and supporting behavior therapists in implementing educational and clinical behavior programs.
- Conducting regular parent training and consultations.
- Completing re-assessments and writing reports per insurance guidelines.
- Participating in regular clinical meetings and maintaining timely documentation of services.
- Supervising RBTs and ensuring adherence to ethical standards.
- Collaborating with other disciplines and maintaining accurate billing practices.
- Completing mandatory in-house training and competency assessments.
Qualifications :
- Must be licensed as a BCBA.
- Must hold LABA licensure.
- At least a Master's degree in ABA, Social Work, Psychology, Counseling, or a related field, along with one year of experience working with children on the spectrum.
