We are seeking a dynamic Executive Director to lead operations for a senior care campus focused on exceptional resident outcomes, staff engagement, and long-term stability. This role combines strategic leadership with hands-on community presence ideal for a mission-driven leader who thrives on building culture, driving results, and inspiring teams.

Key Responsibilities

• Provide executive oversight and leadership to staff, residents, and families.
• Manage financial performance, budgets, and operational KPIs, including occupancy, quality, and compliance.
• Foster a culture of excellence by leading through example, promoting teamwork, and maintaining a positive, collaborative environment.
• Partner with regional and corporate support teams to ensure smooth operations and consistent success.
• Represent the campus within the local community and maintain strong relationships with regulatory agencies and partners.
• Conduct routine rounds to engage with residents and staff, monitor care standards, and reinforce organizational values.
• Lead survey readiness efforts, oversee state and federal compliance, and manage plans of correction as needed.
• Serve as (or appoint) the abuse coordinator for the community in accordance with regulations.
