Join a dynamic, fast-paced SaaS environment where you'll play a pivotal role in shaping and scaling our Salesforce ecosystem to support high-impact marketing and sales initiatives. Reporting to the Director of Sales Operations, you will configure and optimize objects, flows, and dashboards to drive performance insights, manage integrations with leading platforms like Marketo and Outreach, and collaborate cross-functionally to deliver scalable solutions. You'll champion data integrity, ensure compliance, and empower go-to-market teams through hands-on support and training. • Customize Salesforce objects, fields, page layouts, record types, validation rules, and flows.
• Build and maintain reports and dashboards to support marketing KPIs and campaign performance tracking.
• Manage user roles, profiles, permission sets, and sharing rules specific to marketing teams.

This is a FT hybrid position reporting to our Andover, MA office.Applicants must be willing to come into the office at least twice per week (Wednesday & Thursday).
