Education Requirements

Degree in Physical Therapy (DPT, BS, or equivalent from accredited programs)\n\n
Certifications Requirements

Valid state licensure as a Physical Therapist\nCPR certification\n\n
Experience Requirements

Minimum of 1 year of experience in physical therapy practice\nExperience in inpatient rehab or hospital settings preferred but new grads are welcome\n\n

Provide physical therapy services to patients in inpatient rehab, outpatient, and hospital settings.\nConduct comprehensive assessments and develop individualized treatment plans.\nImplement and monitor therapeutic interventions to improve patient mobility and function.\nEducate patients and families about treatment plans and wellness strategies.\nDocument patient progress accurately in electronic medical records (EMR).\nCollaborate with multidisciplinary teams including doctors, nurses, and therapists.\nEnsure compliance with hospital policies, safety standards, and licensing requirements.\nMaintain professionalism and compassionate care at all times.\n\n
