Marketing Educator
Educate and work with secondary / high school students to develop, implement, track, and optimize organizational marketing efforts across all traditional and digital channels; teach students how to work as a marketing team and connect their high school experience to college and career readiness; create a high quality, stimulating program and a class environment favorable to learning and personal growth; establish effective rapport with students; motivate students to develop skills, attitudes, and knowledge needed to provide a good educational foundation; conduct assessments that are research-based and appropriate for the students assigned; provide corrective feedback to students, and re-teach as necessary, to ensure that the students have mastered the objectives; collaborate and clearly communicate with parents / guardians, and other educators to assist the students; complete written reports, and assigned administrative tasks related to these functions; develop and market programs designed to increase student engagement; design, build, and maintain Skyline Education's marketing presence; engage customers in fundraising efforts to support program growth; work with digital marketing to plan and execute digital marketing, including SEO / SEM, marketing database, email, social media, and display advertising campaigns; create and publish written content for the benefit of Skyline Education and its partners; measure and report performance of all digital marketing campaigns and assess against goals (ROI and KPIs); increase social media following across targeted programs; identify trends and insights to increase program participation; and evaluate emerging technologies. Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field; knowledge of digital marketing concepts, including SEO, email marketing, social media, and display advertising; skills identifying target audiences and developing digital campaigns designed to engage and inform; skills optimizing landing pages and user funnels; knowledge of A / B testing techniques and website analytics tools; and written and verbal communication skills required.
