Company Stage of Funding : Late-Stage Venture (Series C+)

Office Type : On-Site (5 days a week)

Salary : $185,000 - $275,000 base + competitive equity

What You Will Do

• Design and implement intelligent AI agents that help enterprises automate and improve customer interactions.
• Work directly with enterprise clients to understand business challenges, design workflows, and develop custom integrations.
• Build reliable, scalable solutions using Python and APIs to connect the company's AI systems with customer platforms.
• Troubleshoot and resolve complex technical issues during implementation and post-deployment phases.
• Identify cross-customer trends and provide actionable insights to the product and engineering teams to influence product direction.
• Act as the technical liaison between clients and internal teams, ensuring successful adoption and ongoing value delivery.
