Job Title : Installation Site Supervisor

We have teamed up with a leading manufacturer of material handling solutions and currently have a job opening for a Field Site Supervisor. Client is located in Georgia; this is a remote role which requires travel.
THIS POSITION : About the Role :
We are seeking a Field Site Supervisor to oversee installation projects across various customer sites. As the Site Supervisor, you will ensure project execution aligns with company standards, customer expectations, and safety regulations.
RESPONSIBILITIES :
- Supervise and coordinate daily activities of installation teams on project sites.
- Monitor work progress to ensure projects are delivered on schedule, on budget, and to the required quality standards.
- Act as the main point of contact between the client, subcontractors, and the installation manager, ensuring clear communication on all site matters.
- Conduct regular site meetings, safety briefings, and progress updates.
- Ensure adherence to health, safety, and environmental standards on all job sites.
- Troubleshoot and resolve issues as they arise on site.
- Review and interpret installation blueprints, technical drawings, and specifications provided by the engineering team.
- Maintain accurate site documentation, including daily logs, progress reports, and incident reports.
- Coordinate delivery and use of materials, tools, and equipment at project sites.
- Report progress, challenges, and recommendations proactively to the Installation Manager.
- Train, mentor, and monitor subcontractor and company personnel to ensure work meets company expectations.
QUALIFICATIONS :
Minimum 2 years of experience in site supervision within the material handling, logistics, or industrial installation industry.Technical knowledge of conveyor and automated material handling equipment preferred.Proven ability to read and interpret technical drawings and plans.Strong leadership and team coordination skills.Excellent problem-solving and decision-making abilities.Good verbal and written communication skills.Willingness and ability to travel frequently to various project sites (up to 80% as required).Proficiency in using MS Office Suite and project management software.Commitment to safety and quality.Salary range :
$80k to 95k Depending on experience
