A company is looking for a NOC Engineer to join their remote team.
Key Responsibilities
Manage on-call scheduling and incident escalations using Opsgenie
Monitor systems with enterprise tools (Datadog, Site24x7) and escalate as needed
Follow runbooks to troubleshoot infrastructure, applications, and IT issues
Required Qualifications
Previous experience in a tier-1 support or similar technical role
Familiarity with monitoring and incident tools (Datadog, Site24x7, Opsgenie)
Basic knowledge of cloud services (AWS, Azure) and log tools (ELK)
Experience with ticketing systems (Jira, Zendesk)
Awareness of security platforms in monitoring mode (Lacework, Crowdstrike)
