• Patient Ratios : 1 : 2, 1 : 1
• Unit staffing description- (unit secretaries and tech availability) : 1 secretary SICU, 1 PCT in MICU
• Type of equipment : Tele monitor, EV1000, bladder scanner, vents,
• Documentation system : Meditech
• Scheduling requirements : three 12-hour shifts
• Floating policy : Tele, Step-down, ICU
• Patient Experience requirements : ICU experience
• Advanced Skills Needed : A-line mgt, CVC mgt, Cardiac monitoring, pulmonary artery catheter mgt, lumbar drains, EVD mgt
• Typical Procedures : Chest tube insertion, Tracheostomy, Bronchoscopy, Intubation

Must Haves : \n- An ASN degree minimum, BSN preferred\n- A recent 12 months of ICU RN experience in an acute hospital setting\n- CA RN License\n- ACLS, BLS, and NIH Certifications\n\nPreferred or Nice to Have : \n- MediTech Experience\n- Travel Experience
