You Have :

Experience leading and managing small to medium-sized projects

Knowledge of a wide range of quantum computing hardware, control electronics, and environmental control requirements

Ability to convey complex concepts to a varied audience both written and verbally

Ability to work collaboratively in a manner that leverages various backgrounds and expertise

TS / SCI clearance with a polygraph

Bachelor's degree and 9+ years of experience studying quantum mechanics and the quantum effects that enable quantum computing, quantum sensing,or quantum networking, as demonstrated through scientific publications or conference presentations, Master's degree and 6+ years of experience studying quantum mechanics and the quantum effects that enable quantum computing, quantum sensing,or quantum networking, as demonstrated through scientific publications or conference presentations, or Doctorate degree and 4+ years of experience studying quantum mechanics and the quantum effects that enable quantum computing, quantum sensing,or quantum networking, as demonstrated through scientific publications or conference presentations

Nice If You Have :

15+ years of experience studying quantum mechanics and the quantum effects that enable quantum computing, quantum sensing,or quantum networking, as demonstrated through scientific publications or conference presentations

Experience leading the development of technology business plans and roadmaps, building and managing teams of scientists and engineers to execute against business plans, and managing associated resources, including hardware and funding

Clearance :

Applicants selected will be subject to a security investigation and may need to meet eligibility requirements for access to classified information ; TS / SCI clearance with polygraph is required.

Salary at Booz Allen is determined by various factors, including but not limited to location, the individual's particular combination of education, knowledge, skills, competencies, and experience, as well as contract-specific affordability and organizational requirements. The projected compensation range for this position is $69,400.00 to $158,000.00 (annualized USD). The estimate displayed represents the typical salary range for this position and is just one component of Booz Allen's total compensation package for employees.
