The Opportunity with McKinstry

We are adding a Project Compliance Coordinator in our Finance and Accounting division in Seattle. In this role, you will support project compliance objectives through defined transactional tasks. Additional responsibilities include :

• Submit public work intent and affidavit filings.
• Submit public work certified payroll reports.
• Support project close-out within ERP.
• Support contract validation in ERP.
• Validate service sites, agreements and work orders.
