Our Impact
- We lead the financial accounting aspects of the Workday Financial Management implementation.
- We maintain the General Ledger, including management of GL accounts, products, cost centers, and other components of the Foundation Data Model.
- We develop and support core financial statement reports, including the income statement, balance sheet, and related disclosures.
- We manage Internal Controls over Financial Reporting related to the financial management platform.
Your Impact
- Drive innovation, technology adoption and agility as part of the highly engaged Corporate Accounting and Analysis team.
- Collaborate with Single Family, Multifamily, Investments and Capital Markets, and corporate accounting teams to integrate their accounting systems and process with the GL and corporate financial reporting processes.
- Maintain core platform components, such as security roles, automated validations, account posting rules, automated business processes, and other configuration settings.
- Collaborate with IT and engineering teams regarding the technical integration of cloud-based services into Freddie Mac's business, accounting and control functions.
Qualifications
- 8+ years of technical experience with General Ledger or related financial applications
- 2+ years of leadership experience, preferably with agile teams
- Leadership experience with key business technologies including security administration, automated testing, cloud Software as a Service (SaaS) administration, and reporting
