What Youll Do :
Create individualized skill acquisition and behavior reduction protocols tailored to each clients unique needs, strengths, and goals. Regularly review and revise plans based on data, progress, and team input.
Provide hands-on training and ongoing supervision to Registered Behavior Technicians (RBTs), ensuring they are confident and competent in implementing treatment protocols with fidelity and compassion.
Deliver personalized caregiver training sessions to empower families with tools and strategies that support progress beyond the therapy setting. Foster strong, trusting relationships with caregivers.
Conduct competency assessments and performance reviews for new and existing RBTs, offering constructive feedback and mentorship to promote professional growth and high-quality service delivery.
Design and maintain a time-effective schedule that allows for consistent weekly contact with each client and their assigned RBT, ensuring continuity of care and timely support.
Complete clear, objective session notes after each visit and write comprehensive monthly progress reports that reflect client growth, challenges, and next steps.
After one year at NBCG, serve as a mentor to new BCBAs, sharing your expertise and helping to foster a collaborative, supportive clinical culture.
Maintain punctual, respectful, and responsive communication with clients, families, and team members. Actively contribute to a positive, team-oriented work environment.
Represent NBCG with professionalism and integrity in all interactions. Adhere to our non-harassment and nondiscrimination policies, and help cultivate a safe, inclusive, and affirming workplace for all.
Minimum Requirements :
We are looking for part-time or full-time team members.
Hourly pay based on experience.

Full-time employees working more than 32 hours per week are eligible for our benefits package after an eligibility and probationary period. Part-time employees are eligible for a smaller amount of benefits.
