Registered Nurse Supervisor

A company is looking for a Supervisor of Nursing for Home and Community Based Services.

Key Responsibilities

Provide leadership and oversee care for Home Health / Hospice patients / residents

Utilize and improve Electronic Medical Record (EMR) processes and patient care outcomes

Establish effective working relationships with patients, medical staff, and the public

Required Qualifications, Training, and Education

Bachelor's degree in nursing required; graduate from an accredited nursing program preferred

Three years of experience in a medical surgical setting

One year of management experience preferred

Current unencumbered Registered Nurse (RN) license required

Certification as a Hospice and Palliative Nurse (CHPN) and / or OASIS Specialist-Clinical (COS-C) preferred
