General Manager Responsibilities Include :
- Manage the operation ensuring food quality hospitality sales profit cleanliness administration purchasing and quality standards goals are met or exceeded.
- Interview hire train and hold the team accountable to develop and maintain a positive culture of guest satisfaction and exceptional hospitality.
- Partner with the Kitchen Manager on their responsibilities to ensure positive results and a successful business.
- Drive positive culture through mutual respect for guests team managers supervisors and community.
Requirements :
- 2 years of experience as a General Manager
- Ability and willingness to work all shifts in both FOH and BOH to ensure product quality and guest satisfaction
- Mobility and manual dexterity : ability to bend stoop climb stairs or ladders perform extensive walking and up to 10 hours a day or more standing and / or performing other physical tasks as needed ability to lift 40lbs and carry 10 feet
- Comprehend and articulate complex ideas and POS systems
- Use contemporary computer programs with an understanding of spreadsheets charts graphs electronic onboarding logs and checklists
