The Opportunity
We’re looking for a culinary leader who’s ready to stretch boundaries, build kitchens from the ground up, and create menus that turn heads.
As Culinary Director, you’ll collaborate with ownership and our talented Kitchen and Operations Team to :
- Craft unforgettable menus
- Lead and mentor a growing culinary management team
- Build and define operational systems across multiple concepts

Kitchen Leadership & Culinary Execution
Define culinary programs and menus across multiple conceptsOversee culinary management and kitchen teamsCollaborate on strategies to improve service, reduce costs, and increase revenueCreate dishes that are craveable, consistent, and concept-alignedConduct line checks, lead menu rollouts, and uphold quality standardsTeam Development & Culture

5+ years of experience in commercial kitchens2+ years in a leadership role at a high-volume, fast-paced restaurant (Michelin experience is a plus!)Calm under pressure and thoughtful in managing peopleProficient in Microsoft Office and POS systemsStrong communication and guest interaction skillsReliable, flexible, and all-in on teamworkExperience in East Asian cuisine (Chinese / Taiwanese, Korean, Japanese) strongly preferred
