Title : Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) / Registered Nurse (RN) - Home Care Patient

Location : North Raleigh, NC

Scion Home Care, Inc. is looking for compassionate and dedicated Licensed Practical Nurses (LPNs) and Registered Nurses (RNs) to join our team in providing exceptional care to our newest patient in Raleigh, NC. This is a total care patient with a tracheostomy tube and is dependent on a ventilator.

Shifts Available :

10 hour night shifts (10p-7a)

Job Responsibilities :

Providing comprehensive nursing care to a tracheostomy and ventilator-dependent patient

Managing and monitoring ventilator settings

Tracheostomy care and maintenance

Collaborating with a multidisciplinary team to ensure the highest quality of care

Documenting and reporting patient status and care provided

Competitive pay range of $30 - $38 per hour, commensurate with experience

Qualifications :

Current LPN or RN license in the state of North Carolina

CPR certification

Strong clinical skills and a passion for patient care

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

Previous experience in ventilator management preferred, but not required
