What we're looking for in a Primary Therapist

To thrive as a Primary Therapist at Wasatch Crest Treatment Service LLC, candidates must possess a Master's Degree or higher and hold a full license in the state of Utah (LCSW, CMHC, LMFT, or PsyD). A minimum of one year of experience in residential or outpatient programs focusing on substance abuse, mental health, or trauma treatment is essential. Successful applicants will demonstrate proficiency in current computer applications and small office management, along with strong organizational skills. Effective oral and written communication abilities are crucial, including familiarity with various tools and technologies. Additionally, flexibility is key, as the role may require working evenings and weekends.

Prospective therapists must also pass random drug screening tests and a TB test, ensuring a safe and professional environment for both clients and staff.

Knowledge and skills required for the position are :

• Master's Degree or higher and is fully licensed to work in the state of Utah. (LCSW, CHMC, LMFT, or PsyD)
• Minimum 1-year experience in a residential or outpatient program, substance abuse, mental health and / or trauma treatment.
• Must pass random drug screening tests and TB test.
• Proficient with current computer, small office management, and organization skills.
• Effective oral and written communication skills, including use of tools and technologies.
• Ability to work flexible hours including evening and weekends, as needed.
