Service Consultant Job Description

We are looking for an upbeat, collaborative and positive person to join our team as we continue to deliver legendary service. Our Service Consultants are the most front-facing members of our team, responsible for ensuring guests have the most honest and positive customer experience possible. Some of the duties include :

  • Greeting, educating and advising customers (guests) through their entire service / repair experience.
  • Collaborating and communicating with technicians to ensure all guest concerns are addressed.
  • Creating estimates based on inspection reports and technician feedback.
  • Developing a relationship with guests that improves communication.
  • Ordering parts and working with Service Consultant Assistant to manage day-to-day shop tasks.
  • Maintain a clean work area and ensure the lobby is creating a welcoming environment.
  • You’ll succeed in this position if you :

  • Have a positive attitude, not easily frustrated by challenging situations.
  • Possess excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Desire to help others succeed, holding them accountable and encouraging them in their professional and personal journey.

  • Job Details :

  • The Service Consultant is a full-time, salaried position with the rate of pay starting at $55,000-65,000, depending on previous experience, plus bonuses.
  • A valid driver’s license and other supporting employment documentation and a willingness to provide a Motor Vehicle Record are required.
