🔍 What You’ll Do

• Lead and manage public works projects : water, wastewater, drainage, roads
• Oversee a team of designers and EITs, reviewing and redlining plans
• Guide field inspections and QA / QC efforts
• Own project scopes, budgets, and client relationships
• Collaborate across multiple Lynn Engineering offices
• Influence department growth and help shape internal processes
