Job descriptionTraining new staff as they enter the program on the Individuals that the FS Program serves Be available to serve individuals with a combination of high or low behaviors, high or low medical needs, and high or low functioning individuals in a variety of ways including personal cares. 1 In-Home and Respite) Administering medications Cooking and help with housework Providing constant supervision Transporting individuals to appointments and community events using personal vehicle To be considered for position with us, you must : Be at least 18 years of age or older. Possess a valid driver’s license, proof of insurance, and have daily access to a reliable vehicle Possess strong English communication skills Be able to participate in water activities (pool, waterslides, hot tub, etc.) Be able to pass a criminal background check All full-time positions offer a generous benefits package, including 50%-70% paid premiums for health and dental benefits, retirement matching, monthly cell phone reimbursement, paid holidays, PTO, etc. Pathways to Community is an Affirmative Action and Equal Opportunity Employer. Lead Schedule / Availability :
- Monday - Friday, 7 : 30am - 9 : 00 pm (Pick 3 days) Saturday 10 : 00 am - Sunday 11 : 00 am (Every weekend)
- Shifts are assigned within this time frame
- (35 hours per week) Compensation : $19.50 per hour
- This is a float position and will be required to work throughout the Twin Cities metro area.
