Ukrainian Speaking Legal Assistant

Compensation : $42,500

Responsibilities : WORKING HOURS :

Monday-Friday 9 AM-5 PM

Phone Communication :

Answer and return phone calls in both Ukrainian and English.

Provide clear, professional, and empathetic communication with clients, attorneys, and other legal professionals.

Relay accurate messages to the senior paralegal or attorney as needed.

Email Management :

Respond to emails in a timely and professional manner in both Ukrainian and English.

Draft and proofread correspondence, ensuring clear and concise communication.

Organize and categorize email threads for easy access and reference.

Client Support :

Serve as the first point of contact for Ukrainian-speaking clients, ensuring they feel supported and valued.

Assist clients with questions or concerns regarding their cases or legal matters, escalating issues to the senior paralegal when necessary.

Translate client concerns or case details into English for internal team use.

Administrative Support :

Organize and maintain client files and documentation.

Handle miscellaneous administrative tasks, such as scheduling appointments, filing documents, or preparing case materials.

Assist with data entry, ensuring accuracy and confidentiality.

Customer Service Excellence :

Maintain a high level of professionalism and customer service in all interactions.

Exhibit patience, understanding, and cultural sensitivity when working with Ukrainian-speaking clients.

Ensure clients feel heard, respected, and informed throughout the legal process.

Qualifications :

Must Speak Ukrainian.

Must Speak English.

Willingness To Learn.

High Level Of Customer Service.

Present Themselves Professionally To Clients.
