Inside Parts Specialist : Day Shift
Essential Functions :
- First responder to inbound customer calls to the parts line call loop
- Respond to email messages and website inquiries for customers seeking help
- Provide support, direction and assistance to employees and customers with Snorkel
products
Document all pertinent identification information including, name, company, machine,model, serial number, required parts, time of call, and resolution
Support web based applications and parts look upPerform post-resolution follow-ups to confirm completion to customer satisfactionEnter sales ordersProcess credit cardsProcess return authorizationsResolve customer complaints and escalate as necessaryFollow up and expedite parts as required to meet customer needsParticipate in creation and implementation of parts department policiesCommunicate all engineering, assembly and quality issues learned from customerinteractions through the service manager to be addressed in MRB meetings
Research required information using available resourcesEscalate unresolved calls using the appropriate protocol to facilitate a resolutionProven analytical and problem solving abilitiesEffective listening skillsAbility to absorb and retain information quicklyAptitude to effectively prioritize and execute tasks in a high pressure environmentExceptional customer service orientationSelf-motivated and fast paced personality with serious Work Ethic.Excellent organizational skills.Outstanding computer skills required (MS Windows, MS Office), expert skills in Excel andAccess a Plus.
