  • Estimated Weekly Salary : $1530 - $1640\n
  • Assignment Length : 13 weeks (Start : 11 / 4 / 2025 – End : 2 / 3 / 2026)\n
  • Healthcare Setting : Acute Care Hospital, Emergency Department (37 beds, 130 daily visits)\n
  • Shifts : 3x12-hour night shifts per week (7 : 00 PM – 7 : 00 AM)\n
  • Weekend Requirement : Every other weekend\n
  • Guaranteed Hours : Facility may call off 1 shift per 2 weeks\n
  • Charting System : Epic\n
  • Scrub Color : Royal Blue\n
  • Parking : Free on-site parking\n

    • \n\nEmergency Room Registered Nurse Qualifications\n \n

  • Minimum 2 years of recent Emergency Room RN experience in a U.S. hospital\n
  • Previous travel nursing experience required\n
  • Active South Carolina RN license or Multi-State / Compact Registered Nurse license (must be active prior to start)\n
  • Certifications (AHA only) : BLS, ACLS, PALS\n
  • Preferred certifications : CPI, TNCC\n
  • Proficiency with Epic electronic health record (EHR) system\n
  • Clinical skills : arterial line management, central line care, blood product administration, IV vasopressors, ventilator management, trauma care\n
  • Flu vaccine required (medical / religious exemptions accepted)\n
  • Ability to float within scope to meet facility needs\n

    • \n\nER RN Responsibilities\n \n

  • Provide comprehensive emergency nursing care to patients of all ages : neonates, pediatrics, adults, and geriatrics\n
  • Assess, triage, and manage patients with diverse diagnoses and acuity levels\n
  • Administer medications, manage IVs, and deliver advanced life support interventions\n
  • Collaborate with interdisciplinary healthcare teams including physical therapy, respiratory therapy, radiology, pharmacy, and rapid response teams\n
  • Accurately document patient care using Epic EHR\n
  • Float to similar units as needed to support hospital operations\n
  • Participate in emergency preparedness and response, especially during South Carolina hurricane season (June–November)\n
