What We’re Looking For

  • 1+ year of leasing experience required
  • HUD or Project-Based Section 8 experience preferred (not required)
  • Strong customer service, communication, and organizational skills
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Outlook, Word, and Excel
  • Dependable, detail-oriented, and a team player

    • What You’ll Do

  • Tour and lease apartments while delivering an excellent resident experience
  • Maintain accurate property and resident files
  • Assist with marketing efforts and community outreach
  • Support compliance with HUD and Fair Housing regulations
  • Help ensure the property is welcoming and well-maintained
