What you will do :

• Weekly bank imports
• Data input / tracking in excel spreadsheet
• Possibly smaller bank reconciliations
• Help with A / P processing (entering bills)
• Review / audit employee expense reports
• Help track missing receipts for credit card purchases
• Enter A / R invoices
• Make deposits (prepare deposit and scan checks to bank)
