Advanced Asset Management has a fabulous opportunity for an experienced Area Community Director in Houston, Texas.

The successful candidate will :

• 2-4 years of experience in property management or business.
• Prior experience as a Community Manager or Assistant Community Manager preferred.
• Bachelor's degree preferred from a four-year college or university.
• Strong time, task, and project management with the ability to prioritize conflicting demands
• Skilled in interpreting instructions, writing reports / manuals, and understanding business / regulatory material
• Proficient in basic math and financial analysis (e.g., rent, percentages, budgets)

Job Type : Full-time

Salary Range : $90k-$95k

Work Location : In person
