Responsibilities :

• Prepare and manage journal entries to ensure accurate financial records.
• Oversee general ledger activities and ensure consistency with accounting standards.
• Handle corporate tax returns and ensure compliance with all relevant regulations.
• Manage sales tax processes and reporting requirements.
• Maintain and track fixed assets, including depreciation schedules.
• Coordinate month-end close procedures, ensuring timely and accurate financial statements.
• Collaborate with internal teams to support audits and financial reviews.
• Analyze and resolve discrepancies in financial data, ensuring accuracy and reliability.
• Provide insights and recommendations to improve accounting processes and controls.
• Minimum of 3 years of experience in accounting roles.
• Proficiency in corporate tax, including preparation and compliance.
• Strong knowledge of sales tax regulations and reporting.
• Expertise in managing journal entries and general ledger activities.
• Experience with fixed asset management and depreciation schedules.
• Ability to perform month-end close processes efficiently.
• Excellent analytical skills with a focus on resolving financial discrepancies.
• Strong attention to detail and organizational abilities.
