, where you'll provide exceptional service, build relationships, and create a welcoming environment for every family.

What You'll Do as a Family Experience Teammate :

• Deliver outstanding customer service :

Greet families warmly, answer phone calls, and respond to email inquiries promptly and professionally.

Help families choose the right swim program, complete enrollment, and address questions or concerns with care and expertise.

Communicate the benefits of our swim curriculum and how it fosters water safety and lifelong skills.

Provide solutions for scheduling, billing, or account updates to ensure families have a seamless experience.

Hand out stickers, high-fives, and celebrate swim achievements to create positive and memorable experiences.

Ensure the swim school is clean, organized, and inviting for families.

Attend regular team meetings and training sessions to stay informed and provide consistent, high-quality service.

Qualifications :

Ability to routinley lift more than 60lbs

CPR certification successfully completed within 60 days of hire

Experience in customer-facing roles such as sales, hospitality, or administration.

Babysitting, teaching, coaching, or other roles involving children.

Comfort addressing customer inquiries and finding effective solutions.

Friendly, clear, and professional interactions with families and teammates.

A willingness to collaborate, help others, and contribute to a positive work environment.

A genuine desire to support families and teach water safety.
