Description
Serves as a local field service technician dedicated to Measurement Solutions products to ensure our customer needs are met with the highest level of professionalism. Builds customer relationships through solutions-oriented communications. Configures, troubleshoots, and repairs Measurement Solutions instruments, products, and systems.
Responsibilities include :
- Performing on-site demand and contract field services to support our customer's installed base for instrumentation, including diagnostics, troubleshooting, calibration, start-up, and commissioning services. Recommends approaches on repair, replace, and upgrades.
- Providing informal and on-the-job customer training.
- Effectively communicating customer needs and opportunities to the organization and utilizing technical skills to develop tactics and strategies to support those needs.
- Partnering with the Sales team to execute strategies to improve customer satisfaction and service growth through available service programs.
- Reporting performance measures towards goals.
- Completing all required reports, certificates, and relevant documents in a timely manner.
- Using the Acclivus R3 dialogue process.
- Actively owning safety for themselves and others by adhering to all safety and quality rules and regulations.
- Performing other duties as assigned.
Minimum Qualifications
