The Service & Installation Technician Role :

As a Service & Installation Technician, you'll report directly to the Vice President and collaborate closely with our Sales team and Operations Coordinator / Scheduler. Your primary responsibilities will include installing and servicing fire, security, card access, and video camera systems for residential and small commercial clients. This role involves daily travel to client sites, within Pennsylvania, between Harrisburg and Philadelphia. Most client sites are generally local. We’re looking for someone with robust technical knowledge and exceptional customer service skills. The role demands precise documentation and a commitment to delivering outstanding service.To ensure the success of the Service & Installation Technician, SAH, Inc. provides :

• All necessary tools and comprehensive training
