We’re Hiring: Corporate Partner-Level Attorney
Pittsburgh, PA | Full-Time

Salary will be based on the candidate’s experience and other job-related factors, in accordance with applicable law.

This is an excellent opportunity for a relationship-focused attorney with deep transactional experience to lead high-level corporate matters, maintain strong client relationships, and drive new business in a collaborative, forward-thinking firm that values integrity, innovation, and professional growth.

What We’re Looking For:
A seasoned corporate attorney with a proven track record in handling complex corporate transactions and developing lasting client relationships. You’ll have the autonomy to lead engagements while being supported by a strong internal team and infrastructure.

✅ Must-Have Qualifications:

• Active Pennsylvania Bar License
• 8+ years of corporate legal experience, including:
  • Mergers & Acquisitions
  • Growth capital investments
  • Corporate finance and governance
  • Commercial contracts
  • Private placements
  • Distressed company transactions
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Strong business development acumen
• Ability to maintain existing client relationships and expand new opportunities
• Portable business and/or a demonstrated ability to generate new business in a supportive environment

Salary commensurate with candidate experience and other job-related factors permitted by law.
