Job Summary:

As a Human Resources professional, you will be responsible for the following:

• Manage various HR-related tasks, including recruitment, employee relations, benefits administration, and compliance with federal and state regulations

• Develop and implement HR policies, procedures, and programs to support the growth and development of our team

• Conduct new hire orientations and provide training on company policies and procedures

• Maintain accurate and up-to-date employee records, including personnel files, attendance, and leave records

• Provide support and guidance to management and employees on HR-related matters, including performance management, employee conduct, and conflict resolution

• Maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information with discretion

Requirements:

• 0 years of experience in Human Resources or a related field

• High school diploma or equivalent required; degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field preferred

• Excellent communication, organizational, and interpersonal skills

• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
