Key Responsibilities

Establish and lead a high-performing team to deliver ML / AI and computer vision-powered user experiences

Define and manage a portfolio roadmap, ensuring reliable execution plans and stakeholder alignment

Introduce AI-accelerated engineering practices and operationalize quality standards for performance and reliability

Required Qualifications

Proven success in building and leading high-performing engineering teams

Deep experience in native iOS development and collaboration with full stack / web teams

Hands-on leadership experience in transitioning ML / AI and computer vision from research to production

Strong commitment to quality and operational excellence, including SLOs and incident management

Experience in developing mobile experiences that integrate on-device ML / CV with cloud solutions
