The employee selected for this position will work part of their work schedule remotely and part of their work schedule at a designated Lockheed Martin facility. The specific weekly schedule will be discussed during the hiring process. This is an opportunity to join the RMS - Cyber Solutions Finance & Business Operations (F&BO) team at the start of a new focus program currently pending award. The program requires eligibility to obtain a TS / SCI security clearance and will have size and scope that offers visibility and career growth opportunities.

The successful candidate will lead the Earned Value Management (EVM) activities in a dynamic environment requiring the ability to work independently and to positively resolve issues, sharing cross-Business Area responsibility in this function. Specific duties include (but not limited to) :

• Support IPTs and CAMs in Baseline establishment and maintenance, EVM performance and EAC / ETC analysis, and various other Ad Hoc requests
• Work within CAM, Planning, and Cost triad to ensure accurate EVM data and cost / schedule integration
• Data input and maintenance in EVM tool (Cobra)
• Timely communication of risks and opportunities
• Support development of monthly CDRLs, including internal and external reviews (CFSR, CSDR Flexfile, Invoicing)
• Develop common processes and reports to support IPTs
• Support Program Management Reviews, internal and external surveillance reviews, Integrated Baseline Reviews, prepare management presentations, and other Ad Hoc requests

Program Finance experience including Earned Value Management (EVM), Cost Reporting CDRLs, Invoicing, Funding / Budget Management. Program Controls including Project Structure Maintenance, ASC 606 Revenue Recognition, Income Statement, Estimates at Complete (EAC), Risk & Opportunity Management. Supporting Financial Planning & Analysis (FP&A) including Monthly Outlook, Long Range Plan (LRP), Capital Investment Management. Extensive knowledge of Microsoft Excel. Demonstrated ability to balance competing priorities and meet deadlines. Supporting Baselining / Maintenance of EVM on med (>

$20M) Programs. Experience on small to med-scale competitive Cost Proposals including BOEs and Financial Product requirements. Demonstrated ability to automate repeatable tasks aligned with 1LMX goals. Experience with Cost Control systems (Cobra, SAP, ERP). Experience creating and maintaining complex Incentive Plans including Performance and Cost / Schedule based. Experience managing complex Incentive Fee Structures with regular SLT presentation requirements. TS / SCI eligibility.

This position requires a government security clearance, you must be a US Citizen for consideration. Clearance Level : Top Secret with Investigation or CV date within 5 years.

Part-time Remote Telework : The employee selected for this position will work part of their work schedule remotely and part of their work schedule at a designated Lockheed Martin facility. The specific weekly schedule will be discussed during the hiring process.

Lockheed Martin supports a variety of alternate work schedules that provide additional flexibility to our employees. Schedules range from standard 40 hours over a five day work week while others may be condensed. These condensed schedules provide employees with additional time away from the office and are in addition to our Paid Time off benefits.

Schedule for this Position : 4x10 hour day, 3 days off per week.
