We are seeking a dedicated Registered Nurse to join our Emergency Department (ED) team at West River Health Services.

Responsibilities :

• Provide exceptional patient care in the Emergency Department. - Assess patients' conditions and prioritize care based on the severity of their medical needs. - Administer medications, treatments, and interventions as prescribed by physicians. - Monitor and record patient vital signs, symptoms, and responses to treatment. - Communicate effectively with patients, families, and members of the healthcare team to ensure understanding and collaboration in the delivery of care. - Participate in emergency response protocols and procedures, including trauma care and resuscitation efforts. - Assist in the stabilization and transfer of patients requiring higher levels of care to appropriate facilities. - Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to develop and implement individualized care plans for patients.
