Position Summary : The Registered Dietitian helps to provide a nutritionally balanced and cost-efficient food services program that will meet the needs of students while maintaining compliance with all local guidelines as they relate to nutrition regulations. Utilizes technical training and government-mandated nutritional standards on food health to develop healthy

menu implementation plans. Integrally involved in the development / execution of cycle menu. Required to work in tandem with Management and individual / CAP school’s administration.

Minimum Qualifications :

Education :

• Bachelor’s degree in nutrition, dietetics, or a related field
• Registered Dietitian with Commission on Dietetic Registration (CDR) : Successful completion of internship program (ACEND), satisfactory score on an exam, plus fulfillment of continuing education requirements).
• Master’s degree preferred
