We are looking for a highly organized and detail-oriented Bookkeeper to manage the day-to-day financial operations and support our continued growth in the craft beverage and hospitality industry. The Bookkeeper will be responsible for maintaining accurate financial records, managing all accounts payable and receivable, processing payroll, and ensuring compliance with all financial regulations, including those specific to the brewing industry (e.g., excise tax support).

salary : $28 - $30 per hour

shift : First

work hours : 8 AM - 5 PM

education : Bachelors

Responsibilities

• Financial Record Management : Oversee Accounts Payable, Accounts Receivable, and the General Ledger.
• Reconciliations : Perform timely bank and credit card reconciliations.
• Reporting : Generate essential financial reports (P&L, Balance Sheet).
• Compliance Support : Assist with payroll coordination, tax filings, and maintaining financial compliance.
