Purchasing Specialist

Position Overview

Ultimate Staffing is actively seeking an experienced Purchasing Specialist to join their client's team near the Eagle Rock, CA area. This is a fantastic opportunity for a dedicated professional with logistics experience to work in a dynamic environment within the jewelry industry. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing purchasing activities and ensuring the smooth coordination of logistics to guarantee timely delivery of materials and products.

Responsibilities

• Source and purchase materials, components, and supplies in line with company requirements.
• Coordinate with vendors, freight forwarders, and internal teams to manage inbound and outbound logistics.
• Track shipments and resolve any delivery or quality issues.
• Maintain accurate records of purchases, pricing, and inventory levels.
• Negotiate pricing, terms, and delivery schedules with suppliers.
• Collaborate with production and inventory teams to forecast material needs.
• Ensure compliance with company policies and industry regulations.

Monday - Friday, 8 : 00 AM - 5 : 00 PM (Onsite)

Benefits

The position offers competitive hourly compensation ranging from $22 to $26 per hour, depending on experience. The role is a direct hire opportunity with a well-established company in the jewelry industry.
