Vascular Surgery opening in PennsylvaniaLocated in Altoona, PAFull-Time & PermanentSeeking an additional BC / BE, fellowship trained, vascular surgeon to provide full-scope vascular surgery including open and endovascular procedures, carotid endarterectomy, AV fistula graphs, and extremity bypass surgery. - Skill Mix : full-scope vascular surgery case mix including open endovascular procedures, carotid endarterectomy, AV fistula grafts, extremity bypass surgery, angiograms. Must be proficient and comfortable with AV fistula grafts for renal dialysis patients.- The Heart and Vascular Services Division is comprised of 2 vascular surgeons, 2 cardio-thoracic surgeons, 2 thoracic surgeons, and 7 cardiologists.- Vascular Surgery Practice : current = 1 vascular surgeon; Hospital : 2 current vascular surgeons on staff, both employed, but in separate practices.- Compensation : base salary of $500,000 + incentive of $46 per physician wRVU above 10,870 / yr.
