Senior Superintendent
Superintendent - K-12, Higher Education, DSA Projects

Key Responsibilities
- Manage and oversee the construction of educational facilities from ground up to completion.
- Ensure compliance with DSA (Division of the State Architect) regulations throughout project phases.
- Coordinate with architects, engineers, and contractors to align project goals and timelines.
- Conduct regular site inspections to monitor progress and ensure adherence to safety protocols and OSHA regulations.
- Prepare and present progress reports to stakeholders, including school boards and government officials.
- Develop and manage project budgets, schedules, and resources efficiently.
- Facilitate communication between various parties involved in the construction process, ensuring transparency and collaboration.
Qualifications
Superintendent with 5-7+ years of project experience in public works, K-12 and higher education projectsTrack record of tenured success working collaboratively with diverse groups, including government entities and educational institutionsBachelor's degree in construction management, civil engineering, or a related field - requiredExcellent leadership, communication, and project management skillsBenefits
