Senior Superintendent

Superintendent - K-12, Higher Education, DSA Projects

We are an established and growing GC with large-scale commercial projects in a variety of sectors including : Public Works, DSA Projects, Education (K-12 and Higher Ed) Healthcare and Retail.

Key Responsibilities

Manage and oversee the construction of educational facilities from ground up to completion.
Ensure compliance with DSA (Division of the State Architect) regulations throughout project phases.
Coordinate with architects, engineers, and contractors to align project goals and timelines.
Conduct regular site inspections to monitor progress and ensure adherence to safety protocols and OSHA regulations.
Prepare and present progress reports to stakeholders, including school boards and government officials.
Develop and manage project budgets, schedules, and resources efficiently.
Facilitate communication between various parties involved in the construction process, ensuring transparency and collaboration.

Qualifications

Superintendent with 5-7+ years of project experience in public works, K-12 and higher education projects

Track record of tenured success working collaboratively with diverse groups, including government entities and educational institutions

Bachelor's degree in construction management, civil engineering, or a related field - required

Excellent leadership, communication, and project management skills

Benefits

Base Salary $160,000 - $175,000
