About The Position

Job Title : Physical Therapist Outpatient

Profession : Therapy / Rehabilitation

Shift : Day 5x8

Hours per Shift : 8 hours (07 : 00 - 17 : 30)

Experience : Minimum 1 year required

License : State license required

Certifications : BLS required

Must-Have :

First-timers accepted.

No weekend requirement unless desired.

Will float as needed within scope to meet facility needs.

Local candidates accepted with no radius restrictions.

Preferably no more than 5 days of requested time off.

Must be available to work 2 out of 3 major holidays.

Description :

The position requires a well-rounded physical therapist with at least 1 year of experience.

Candidates should possess the ability to assess and treat various conditions including ankle sprains, cervicalgia, degenerative joint disease, low back pain, and more.

Experience with assistive devices, gait training, and home exercise programs is required.

Candidates will need to manage patient education, develop plans of care, and perform reassessments.

The role may involve floating within the facility as needed.

All candidates must have a valid state license and BLS certification.

Charting will be done using an electronic health record system.

Candidates should have the ability to identify environmental barriers and demonstrate strong time management skills.

This position does not require on-call duties.

The facility offers an interdisciplinary support environment focused on adult patient care.
