Your Mission

Own the performance and people leadership of our residential plumbing service and installation departments. You’ll set strategy, drive financial results, and ensure every job meets our standards and delights the homeowner.

What You’ll Lead

• Leadership & People : Lead plumbing technicians and support staff; design and deliver training that builds technical mastery and safety compliance; conduct regular check-ins and performance reviews with clear, constructive feedback.
• Operations & Service Delivery : Oversee day-to-day scheduling, dispatch, and job sequencing for service calls and installs; ensure work quality aligns with company standards and customer expectations.
• Customer Experience : Champion communication and timely issue resolution; personally handle escalations to preserve trust and satisfaction.
• Financial Stewardship : Build and manage budgets and forecasts; track costs and implement smart efficiencies that never compromise quality; ensure accurate, timely billing and invoicing.
• Compliance & Safety : Enforce safety protocols and company policies; stay current on codes, regulations, and industry best practices.
• Collaboration : Partner closely across departments so projects run smoothly and clients receive seamless, high-quality service.
