Marketing Assistant

We are hiring immediately for a full time MARKETING ASSISTANT position at Wagner College. Address : 1 Campus Road, Staten Island, NY 10301. Note : online applications accepted only. Job Summary : Responsible for clerical functions and administrative support of food service programs. Essential Duties and Responsibilities include answering telephones, maintaining confidential personnel files, assisting management staff in preparing documents, staffing, working effectively with co-workers, completing and maintaining accurate records, entering weekly cash sales and meal counts, performing daily bank deposit reconciliation, processing vendor invoices, performing monthly vendor statement reconciliation, preparing monthly state claim form for reimbursement, assisting in preparation of end of month financial reports, attending in-service and / or safety meetings, maintaining clean and safe work environment, and performing other duties as assigned.
