Position Overview

The Direct-to-Consumer (DTC) Project Manager is responsible for leading and executing projects that drive growth, efficiency, and innovation across DTC channels including eCommerce, digital marketing, CRM, fulfillment, and customer experience. This role ensures the seamless coordination of cross-functional teams (marketing, product, operations, IT, and logistics) to deliver high-impact initiatives that optimize the end-to-end consumer journey. The ideal candidate has a strong background in digital commerce, marketing operations, and project management, with the ability to balance strategic vision and operational excellence. This position is based in Atlanta, GA, with strong preference given to candidates currently residing in the Atlanta area. Relocation assistance is not available. This is a hybrid position. You will be able to work from home on Monday and Friday, with in-office days Tuesday, Wednesday & Thursday.

What You'll Do :

Project Management & Execution

• Lead cross-functional projects across eCommerce, CRM, digital marketing, and customer experience initiatives.
• Develop and manage project plans, budgets, and timelines, ensuring milestones are met on schedule and within scope.
• Coordinate with internal teams and external partners to ensure alignment and successful delivery of DTC initiatives.
• Manage project risk, dependencies, and change control processes.
• Track KPIs and provide regular updates to stakeholders and leadership.
