Patient Communication Specialist

A company is looking for a Patient Communication Specialist to support patients and cardiology clinic customers in a remote setting.

Key Responsibilities

Assist patients with their implanted cardiac device remote monitors through calls and follow-ups

Ensure compliance with CMS guidelines and maintain communication regarding patient situations

Track and submit data related to patient interactions and collaborate with team members for seamless care

Required Qualifications, Training, and Education

High school diploma / GED required; college or technical degree preferred

Basic cardiology knowledge required; experience in cardiology or cardiac devices preferred

Proficiency in electronic communication tools and database systems

Experience working effectively in a remote environment preferred

Demonstrated professionalism and courtesy with customers
